All they do is keep sending the food out of the drive thru window and neglecting customers inside. Wish they offered better service because it makes me not want to come back again. I even had to walk up and ask if they received my order. Then my husband had to ask them again. They said yes nonchalantly and no apology. This is supposed to be fast food. At least offer something for the extra wait times.

There’s no reason for drive thru orders placed after the one I’m picking up should be done first if I’m standing there waiting on an order placed before those cars even got in the drive thru.
