Kat was our delivery driver and she was quick, kind, and the food was still hot and wayyy better quality than before.

Food is what you'd expect for Pizza Hut that's not what I'm rating. If you order take out and it says it'll be ready at 5:30, don't bother showing up until 6. Never has the pizza been ready on time. Pretty crazy the employees have time to vape though even when they're so behind on orders. I'm glad wasting our time is such a priority for them and the POS system has the nerve to ask if we want to tip them for putting in the minimum effort.

When it was delivered we got the pizza hot and fresh but one of our pizzas was wrong. I called and they were very apologetic and made our correct pizza. 24 minutes later the correct fresh pizza was delivered by Kat to our door. She was very nice and polite.

On one occasion Shes actually had to redeliver our food due to mess ups and has always been so kind and helpful. Hands down makes ordering so much better when there are people like her working 🤍
