  Was forced to go inside the restaurant to order. I attempted to go through the drive thru and was entirely ignored; not only did I wait at the intercom for about 2 minutes without acknowledgement; but I tried to call out to the employees and received no response. I chose to go inside to tell the management about the situation but they walked off before I could even tell them what happenened and made an employee take my order; who also completely ignored my statement about the management of the establishment and my lack of acknowledgement in the drive-thru

  Every time I order from this place the food is always cold and they never give us the right stuff. Never any sauce in the bag or straws. They gave my dasher a completely wrong order. They never pay attention to anything. Like this isn’t even large fries.

  I was kind of disappointed because they made me wait almost 10 minutes for my order and I go inside it's still not done or it might have been done but they didn't give it to me because they were waiting to get the order that came up after me at least 4 to 5 minutes after me somebody else pulled up so when I finally got my order they got their order also my fries and my hamburger and the nuggets were all cold and there were several people working there plus the manager and he tried to blame it on the grill well the grill didn't have anything to do with the fries and the nuggets and if it just came off the grill it should have been hot but it wasn't so what they did was make me wait so instead of them bringing my order out, they waited until the other order was ready and brought both of our orders out of at the same time cuz you know heaven forbid should somebody have to walk outside twice on a slow morning there wasn't anybody else there nobody else waiting, so I'm really disappointed because I didn't get an apology I didn't get anything but here's your order kind of rudely really now that I think about it so I'm sorry we took almost 12 minutes bring you some cold food but I didn't get

  When.did you only.start taking mobile.orders no.wonder u.get 1 stars keep up.the good work this 1 will.b3 closef.down.soo .to get better employees you'll last longer you want get another penny.from me
