  We ordered this evening (Apr. 7th) at 7:46 pm, because we and our child expected to arrive home late and knew there would be no time to make dinner before homework and bed. The Pizza Hut app said delivery would be 8:17-8:25. Perfect. And then a first update said 8:21-8:31, which was also fine. But then came a second update for ten minutes later, and then I received a text saying it wouldn't be delivered until 9:01pm by Door Dash. I called but they didn’t answer, so I called again and again and again. When I finally spoke to the manager, she told me the pizza was there and ready and just waiting for the driver, but there was nothing else she could do. When I complained, she said I could just cancel my order. I told her that was unacceptable and that she needed to deliver the order and that I would contact corporate. She cancelled the order...after 9pm. Instead of delivering the already prepared order, the manager of this location cancelled my order. I was not charged in the end, but my child, my wife, and myself were intentionally treated like garbage. I have contacted Pizza Hut corporate, and I'm informing you of what you can expect from this location. As for me and my house, we will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

  There was a error on the app upon ordering and the system had two carry out orders. No argument from management; Dawn made it work for a grateful customer, me! Customer service was excellent. The food was made fresh. The team was friendly and the store was bright and clean. I was satisfied with my overall experience thanks to Dawn.

  Terrible phone service from thr answer, tried to order for delivery while on vacation here, gave resort name room, state and town but they still had issues with understanding the state im in and where im located and its 2.8 miles from Googles maps says and they told me to look on there to tell them my location but gave me issues for an address while on vacation! Terrible service with this place even being 2 miles away had to order some where else that understands people not from here and gave google map location, but some of us also are in resorts with only a room number and name of place... mcdonalds honestly was a better service getting food and getting delivered than this joke of a pizza hut 2 miles away! Take the chance go some where else! this place had no professional service to help anyone on vacation from my wifes and my experinece thats 2 miles away, locals only I guess with this place....
