  First of all the quality of food is the worst and this is one of the richest companies in the world so they should be ashamed of themselves. They used to be a good little fast food restaurant, but not anymore. The tables are unwashed. The people they hire are the dumbest and appearance is less than clean. I have watched them go down and I’m sure they won’t turn around until they face bankruptcy because it’s all about money not serving the public. What a shame. I am sitting at the Fort Walton Beach North Beal Parkway restaurant. Every McDonald’s in Fort Walton should be looked at and cleaned up.

  I loved that our food was hot! Disappointed because we wanted to eat in. Only drive-thru available.

  If I could give negative review I would. I know it’s fast food but have a little standard. Ordered 5 breakfast biscuits nothing special. Sent us around the building to wait for 15 minutes. Husbands went inside to get a refund and they not only seemed annoyed they yelled back to not “make the biscuits he wants a refund” so they had not even started them. A “I’m sorry for your wait” goes along way”

  This location is a joke. Undercooked chicken sandwiches, cold hash browns. Their staff are trashy and would rather be on their phones and could care less about the customers. When you try to complain to a a manager you get a run around. Drive the extra time to go to Shalimar or Beal.
