  Employees move slower than a snail. You're more likely to starve than get anything from this dump. Never going back.

  Not only was our food cold it was nasty. The cheese on the burger had flipped or curve up on the sides...I took my fries back in due to the fact that they were ice cold and the manager brought new fries and slid my bag to me without looking at me..there were other customers in line and they all shocked their head....I will never go to that or any other MxDonalds again...worst ever oh yeah the spirite soda was straight carbonation....awful

  This is specific to the Beal Pkwy location in Fort Walton Beach Fl. I will not be getting McDonalds probably ever again. My orders are always wrong. Wrong food or given wrong order. Happy meals missing food and toys. The people who do the orders are always different so it's not the same person messing up the orders. I worked fast food when I was younger and mistakes happen but not ever time. I don't normally leave reviews or get on my soap box and leave a review but this is ridiculous.

  Jordan there here has very good customer service made sure my food was hot and brought it out fast would highly recommend eating here

  Some of the worst fast food service I have ever experienced. Placed a mobile order waited for ten minutes in the curbside pick up line went inside because it was taking so long.Proceeded to wait another seven minutes. Asked multiple times where my order was. Finally, somebody behind the counter asked to look at my order. I place my phone, and she states that she can't look at it like that and walks away. Turns out the other employee was walking around with it in his hand. Absolutely ridiculous.
