No one acknowledged me at the register or asked if I had been helped. However, when someone walked in behind me, they were immediately greeted. I brought it to their attention but left. They apologized as I walked out. Only writing this review in hopes that the customer service here will improve. I've been fine with mediocre, but to not make sure a customer is acknowledged is not acceptable. Spending money with good service is what people want to do. Update: Per the instructions below my review, I went to the site to make my complaint on July 24, 2025, at their website. Their response is that they would like the complaints to also come to their website to help them fix the concerns. I still have no intent on returning to this location.
