Almost inedible. Both Big Macs were cold as if they just came out of a refrigerator. And I was missing my 20-piece nugget. This restaurant should be ashamed. I waited almost an hour to even get my food to begin with. When I tried to call the store, the call wouldn't even go through. I don't know who the hell thought it would be a good idea to violate FDA food code. I checked the temperature of the Patty and it was in the danger zone. What a sad sorry excuse for a restaurant

I placed a Mobile “pick up at counter order”, there were about 6 other customers waiting when I walked in. There were maybe 8-9 cars in the drive though and 3-4 in curbside pick up. In the 36 minutes I waited or my order 3-4 of ALL these customers combined received their orders. This location is averaging 1 customer about every 10-11 minutes. I have waited LESS TIME for hibachi. NO ONE in this restaurant had the slightest sense of urgency. Besides workers waddling around, smoking outside, and cooking up 5 cent beef patties like they’re made of egg shells, I don’t really understand what this place is selling. Appalling service. Spent $20 for food I didn’t receive after 35+ minutes. Have yet to receive a call back or refund.
