  This McDonalds is absolutely disgusting. Went today for a simple plain hamburger happy meal for my kid. Walked in and no one was at the front. Ordered on the kiosk, took about 15 mins to get the food. As I was waiting I noticed the dining room was disgusting, especially the drink machine- lids, straws, trash and drink spilled all over the place! The guy that did end up coming to the front was a sweetheart and dealt with a few difficult customers, clearly stressed, while management/supervisors stand around talking with their buds. Not going back.

  I would honestly find a patch of local grass to grub on before ever going to this establishment again… people please, if a McDonald’s ever deserved to be closed down it’s this one… I live a block away and have a 7yo so we eat here more than I’d like to considering the service… this is a petition to change management and get some capable people in charge of a place in a prime location… McDonald’s please do better!!! The staff here management down is pathetic…. Service is awful…

  If you plan to wait all day, do mobile ordering. Literally shouldn't even be offered because they are incapable of working anything but the drive thru. This has happened on so many occasions, I'm the dumb one because honestly, I don't know why I keep giving them chances to get it right.

  This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s in the Destin/fort Walton area. The food always sucks. The fries are never ever hot. They consistently leave items out of the bag. Once I ordered a Lemonade, and when I got it, it looked like they had squeezed lemons, and sugar into water to make lemonade? I work in service. I understand it’s not always an easy job and you can’t please everyone but this is 100 percent on the staff. I ordered food on the app tonight and when I pulled up to wait on my food my order was canceled. I had to go through the drive through to reorder and the points I spent on the app were not returned to me and I had to pay extra because I didn’t get the deals I used on the app. When I asked why my order was canceled everyone acted like that had no idea what could have possibly happened. I wasted gas and time and energy loading my child into the car and we almost weren’t even able to get what we came for. My husbands order turned out to be wrong because when the order was canceled I had no way of seeing what he had ordered and I had his phone because that’s what we ordered on so I had no way to contact him. I can’t imagine that Ronald McDonald would be pleased with this situation. I know how corporate restaurants work and I really hope this staff is reprimanded in some way shape or form. I’ll be reach back out in a few days if my points aren’t returned and I will not be returning to this McDonald’s until the google rating goes up. 3 stars is embarrassing and just lnow it’s deserved, coming from a server in the industry.

  Same food as every other McDonald's, but the staff were amazing. The drive through was extremely busy, but the staff was patient while I got my grandkids orders in! Great job
