We waited over 40 minutes for just two croissants. To make matters worse, with three employees on duty, someone simply forgot to make our order. They definitely need to improve their customer service. People are always looking for coffee, but this kind of experience makes you never want to return to a place with such terrible service. If they want to improve, management really needs to look into the staff at this location. I noticed something strange in the drive-thru line: for some reason, they were forcing drivers to pull up past the pickup window. Then, the employees had to physically walk out of the store to reach the customer's car window. This creates "dead time" and significantly slows down the entire operation of this location. One of the employees who was coming out of the store to deliver orders even took the time to pull out her vape and start vaping while on the clock. It’s incredibly unprofessional to do that during work hours, especially while handling customer deliveries. This happened on 02/16/26 between 10:35 AM and 11:35 AM.
