  Long wait for 2 parties in the lobby, 4 employees, 2 making food and two working the oven. Pizza was cold, employee faked a phone issue after I mentioned the food was cold but could hear me fine before. Bathroom was locked because they don't want to clean it at the end of the night. Not my worst Domino's experience, but definitely close!

  I worked at two locations for this business. At Racetrack the management is very unprofessional and would leave in the middle of rush. Yell at employees to the point of crying and showing inappropriate sexual realated videos at work. The General Manager also has her daughter working under her wich is very unprofessional. I asked the District manager to be moved to the Beal location only and got told no and its my fault what's happening and I'm internalizing thing. I finally felt confident to tell the District manager about what was happening there and it turned into it being my fault. I put in my two week and got took of the schedule fully instead.

  Be careful not to make a small address mistake, because the drivers will be rude to you, even if you apologize. Literally the house next door, and because the Domino's app's GPS locator gave me that address - I am short-term renting, so, this is not a place I know well. Despite the first driver being extremely rude ("have a good FREAKING night") after my apology, and the manager offering the pizza for free and a second one I could also order for free (the manager was very nice, thank you), the second driver was no different ("do you want your food or not?"). This time the address was right. And the prepaid tip was good with the first driver, by the way. The second was the free one. I am wondering: is it my Italian accent? They don't understand me or they pretend not to? I speak very good English, thank you very much. Or does this store simply hire folks who are upset all the time? After I admit a mistake and I apologize I do not see why being so abrasive. These days "the customer is always right" is a distant memory, and the entitlement is wide spread. I tried to be nice, they did not, hence the one star.

  Over an hour to get my pizza. Not offered any type of compensation. I was Only told about their problems.
