- FSFire Sign2 days ago3.0I ordered the new Dubai chocolate shake and also the gummi bear cup via the BR app. When I picked up my order I was handed the Dubai shake inside of the gummi bear cup. I didn’t request it to be placed in the cup because the cup is a gift for someone else(who happens to have peanut allergies). I asked if the drink was a large (32oz) because it’s what I ordered and the woman in the drive thru insisted it was. The gummi bear cup is 20oz. I took the cup back inside to BR and explained to the employee I didn’t want my shake inside the gummi bear cup and that I also paid for 32oz shake. She made another shake to put in the correct cup size and had given me a new unused bear cup. I gave 3 stars since my issue was corrected.
