The ice cream that my daughter chosed did not taste good she tried to exchange it and there were 2 ladies working there and 1 boy. Both ladies were rude, screaming at my daughter because she wanted a different ice cream. You do not have this behavior with your customers and more with the kids! Basking Robins, you lost us. We will not go back there.

I didn’t request it to be placed in the cup because the cup is a gift for someone else(who happens to have peanut allergies). I asked if the drink was a large (32oz) because it’s what I ordered and the woman in the drive thru insisted it was. The gummi bear cup is 20oz. I took the cup back inside to BR and explained to the employee I didn’t want my shake inside the gummi bear cup and that I also paid for 32oz shake. She made another shake to put in the correct cup size and had given me a new unused bear cup. I gave 3 stars since my issue was corrected.
