The female staff member had no problem handing me my drink with chocolate syrup all over the outside of the cup. The fact I had to ask for it to be wiped off or for an additional cup was just bad business considering how much the drinks cost. Probably won’t be going there again.

Drove 25 minutes yesterday loved everything about the place and specially my coffee, but today I had a rude welcoming with the girl that made our coffee and we clearly told her what we wanted. Well it didn't get made like that we send it back just for some cinnamon nothing major but ohh boy did she have a fit 😏 Good thing I won't be back but very disappointing as I visit hundreds of these places and daily. She's the one with the bull ring. Didn't even acknowledge us afterwards just handed us the coffee and walked off 😠 Other than her everything else was perfect.

He says this in a rude tone and every time I say thank you he stares at me blankly. When he hands me my drink I say thank you and he just stares at me and says "bye bye now." He didn't say anything else and was completely rude. It'd be understandable to be rude if I was ordering a lot or maybe came 5 minutes before closing, but he was rude for no real reason. I only know his name because he's "tik tok famous" as @ hey nicky on tik tok.
