Shes just a kid overall. She started talking infront of the couple to the manager (or guy who was running it all) because she thinks that they are done talking, he puts his finger up and she goes back in line with us. He then says "yours is gonna be on the house because you have MANNERS" to me. Do better. But overall ice cream is good.

However, tonight we went and were ordering in the drive-through. On the menu under the take it home label it says small for $7.99. The cashier repeatedly told me that there was not a small and that it was either a pint or something bigger. I finally said a pint is fine and was ordering for the rest of the people in my car. I said just a second let me see what My husband wants and was told that the person taking my order might not be available to take my order when I’m ready, but I can check with her and ask. There was not a gap in the ordering, he knew what he wanted, I had just forgotten after all the back-and-forth about what the menu said versus what I was being told . I then asked to finish the order and was told to wait. At that point, we decided to leave. I hope that the owner or a manager sees this. Our car would’ve spent close to $50 this evening. We will try again another time.

The ice cream that my daughter chosed did not taste good she tried to exchange it and there were 2 ladies working there and 1 boy. Both ladies were rude, screaming at my daughter because she wanted a different ice cream. You do not have this behavior with your customers and more with the kids! Basking Robins, you lost us. We will not go back there.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
