  Horrible management. Stale Fries and hard chicken nuggets. I try to give this store multiple chances but they never serve freshly cooked food. Restaurant is dirty and manager is extremely rude and will argue about what you ordered because the person who entered it didn’t know what they were doing. Last time the spicy chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. This was just another reason not to eat fast food

  I stop here once a week at least for dinner on my way to night school. I usually take fast food experiences with a grain of salt as expectations are held low. But tonight was absolutely horrible. I ordered my food and went to the pay window when I got there asked if they could please add a lemonade. (For context, I’m a disabled veteran with plates and handicap placard, and only 37 so not a grumpy old man) the guy at the window ‘I think Ralph’ was mumbling words I asked him to speak up that I am deaf and hearing aids we’re maxed out and he mumbled something again. When I said ‘what?’ He said forget it turned around grabbed the CC machine and gave me my price. When I said he was being rude he just walked away to grab my stuff and gave it to me and waked off again. I almost would have let it go except for the fact that the lemonade is super watered down and was shorted on the nugget count.
