  I had a very disappointing experience with this location while placing a large order for a student event. The order was scheduled for 2:00 PM delivery and was confirmed the morning of, but it did not arrive until after 3:00 PM, after the event had already started. When we called, we were told DoorDash was handling delivery, something that hadn't been disclosed previously; considering that this was a major event, had I known this, I wouldn't have placed the order since we needed a guaranteed delivery by the stated time (and 3rd party delivery services tend to be unreliable). The receipt provided was also incorrect, not including the $40 tip I'd added, which has created issues with institutional expense reporting. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of follow up and accountability. Each call to the local, direct number is answered at a call center before being transferred, only to be placed on hold for 10-15 minutes before being being disconnected. I was promised a return call from management that never happened. When I finally reached a manager again, I was told to call back later, and when I expressed concern about the repeated inability to reach anyone, he placed me on hold abruptly, and then disconnected. This was was after almost a week of me attempting to resolve this issue. The lack of ownership and professionalism, along with gross disregard for customers, especially concerning a large order for has been unbelievably disappointing. I hope the store takes steps to improve it's service and level of responsiveness moving forward.

  I've got overcharged numerous times with paying with my debit card one time my balance was $10.70 I got charged $12.60 this time it was $18 and I got charged $20 on top of that the pizza was burnt dry and hard this is not the first time it's happened and I will not be coming back to this establishment..

  Ordered online. One pizza didn’t have toppings or extra cheese. But was charged for both! The other “tarven” pizza was burnt and had no seasoning. Called and was left of hold for 12 minutes This place needs to close.

  I'm still on hold. It's been 40 minutes. I wish I didn't have to leave one star. Unacceptable food. I ordered cheese pizza, extra cheese , regular hand tossed with garlic crust. I received paper thin pizza with the whole top burnt. Definitely was not garlic crust . The pepperoni pizza was fine. The cheese sticks were fine. But burnt extra cheese pizza is not the norm. Waited 45 minutes after being told it will be delivered in 30 mins. Never got my points for my order. And the fact that they keep picking up the phone and putting me on hold is disturbing. And EVERYTHING was COLD. $55.00 down the drain. Some of us work hard for our money!!!!!
