  slowest one around .. for a high volume area .. wish they could figure out how to be ready for customers .. instead of being surprised when u order a hashbrown

  Quite literally the worst McDonald's. About 20 cars have come and gone in the last 15 minutes because of poor service, no one taking orders at the drive through, and rude service inside. Whoever is on staff on 4-10-2026 @ 10 pm should be terminated.

  I stopped here on my way from Kissimmee Florida to Boynton Beach Florida. I was shocked by the amount of people at this McDonald's. All the ordering is done via the kiosk. But it was like a 35 minute wait I've never seen this in a McDonald's. Amazing how times have changed.

  My experience at this location was disappointing. The restaurant was significantly understaffed, with only one visible employee struggling to manage the floor. The lack of air conditioning made the environment uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was neglected—every trash receptacle was overflowing. To make matters worse, they were out of several key items, including all frozen beverages and BBQ sauce. While the food itself was acceptable, the poor atmosphere and 15-minute wait make it impossible to recommend this location.

  Manager “Teresa” was extremely rude. She would not refill the hand soap in the women’s restroom or have any of her other staff do so. She told me to use the handicapped restroom instead to wash my hands. I’d already been there waiting for someone to refill the hand soap for thirty minutes. I asked another employee to see if he could and he brushed me off and ignored me. Teresa made me follow her into the bathroom and told me that there was another sink in the handicapped stall but I said I was not going to wait in line to do that any longer. I said that it was extremely unsanitary and unhygienic. The storage closet with the soap was right next to the bathroom and I said I could install the soap myself if she unlocked it and got it for me. She refused to do so. I told her that I would be calling corporate to report this since she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She is failing to keep a clean store which includes the bathroom facilities. It’s gross. I’m also reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and to the county board of health inspectors. Teresa should be fired for her incompetence and negligence for her store’s lack of accessible hygiene. If there’s no soap, that means that the food is probably contaminated by the female employees who use that restroom. There was not even a hand sanitizer station. This store’s health score should be reduced due to the lack of soap. It turned me off so much I didn’t even order any food or drink because of how nasty the manager was.
