  BE AWARE OF MANAGER JESSICA SUPER RACES I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the behavior of one of your managers JESSICA during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the level of unprofessionalism and rude attitude I experienced was completely unacceptable. From the moment I approached the counter, the manager JESSICA displayed a dismissive tone and lack of basic courtesy. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, they responded with impatience and an attitude that made it clear customer service was not a priority. It was uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic decency. The way this situation was handled reflects poorly on your establishment and does not align with the standards most people associate with your brand. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as no customer should feel disrespected when simply trying to place an order or ask a question.

  i placed an order around 2:30 in the morning and arrived at the drive through since the app clearly states it’s open until 3:59am just to be greeted with. sign that says they were closed for maintenance until 4am? when i got to the window they said they had no food period so my money just went out the window.

  I don't why I keep trying McDonald's honestly. I think it's just a weird childhood nostalgia I'm chasing. I was not able to even eat what I ordered ( chicken ranch sandwich ) it and the fries were horrible.

  This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped into. No outlets. No Wi-Fi. And you can’t even use the bathroom without tracking someone down and asking like it’s some kind of privilege. Who thought locking the restrooms was a good idea? The place is locked down tighter than Fort Knox. Seriously—what were you thinking? Instead of making the environment welcoming, it feels hostile and uncomfortable, like the goal is to push people out rather than serve them.
