I almost choked. Somehow, there was paper wrap in the chicken chipotle wrap that I had. I will be reaching out to management in regards to this, as I could have choked on this sandwich. I still can’t wrap my head around how this could have happened. I did not return to the store because I had an appointment to get to, but I did call the store back and was told that I can bring the sandwich back to be remade. I did not want my sandwich remain. I just asked for a refund, but was told that I would have to come in on a different day because there was no store manager.
