    I ordered via the app 10 minutes before 8p. Arrived about 5 minutes after 8p and they were closing down. Apparently they close at 8p, but the TS app, Google, online search, etc. indicates that they close at 9p. That's not the issue, though; close whenever you want. My issue is this lady told me to come back tomorrow. Just kept my money, didn't try to do anything to remedy the situation. Def not ok! Then, there's no customer service number to call. The heck yall got gon on?! I'd like a refund and def won't be coming back.

    It says online and ON THE DOOR that they close at 9 but when I get there they say they close at 8???? Maybe update the time that’s listed EVERYWHERE!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    As a former employer, It’s been a while since I’ve been to a decent tropical smoothie. I was ecstatic when I found a couple employees a couple weeks ago at the Okeechobee rd location. Started making it a weekly event on Wednesdays after my son’s karate. On the other hand, I just walked out tonight without even ordering. Walked in to one girl sitting at the register on her phone. She looks at me, gets up and moves to the smoothie station. No hello. No one moment. No help. Nothing. I gave it more than enough time. I teach my kids that if they see people working hard, they have no right to complain if it’s taking a while. That was absolutely not the case here. Absolutely no sense of customer service.

    I go there frequently. Will not be returning after today. The most recent staff are rude and the restaurant (by WalMart in Fort Pierce) smells disgusting. I pick up order today (the last 3 visits), food orders are thrown together messily! Smoothies are GROSS! I asked for extra peanut butter. They put ground peanut butter with chunks in it, and you have to chew the peanuts. Pieces of chocolate gets stuck in my teeth, absolutely grotesque! All 3 SMOOTHIES were made the same, when that wasn’t ordered. Staff don’t pay attention to your specific ad on order requests (but Tropical Smoothie does charge for these add ons) that staff overlook due to laziness!! I order 2-3 sandwiches, they just duplicate the first order each and every visit. Who cares about attention to detail?? Not this Tropical Smoothie! I was supposed to get sweet potato bites. I got potato chips this time and last visit. If you’re gonna be lazy at your job, at least pretend to like it or find a job that’s worth smiling for. WASTE OF MONEY.
