- MDMomma DukesJul 11, 20245.0This was by far the best experience I've had at a Subway. The manager, Sasha, was extremely inviting from the moment we walked in. I explained about the weapon I bought, I mean pretzel, the other night. She explained how it happened and why and was extremely accommodating. Sasha kept me smiling with her lovely conversation the whole time. She was by far the sweetest lady I have met while going to subway. Sashe, you are amazing, there should be more of you in this world. Happy and extremely proud of their work, and in the satisfaction of the customer. That is very rare now a days. Thanks again for everything. The pretzel was delicious!

But I’m only giving 2 stars because the last 3 times I’ve been here, there has only been one person working, even though it has been quite busy. I’m writing this review as I stand in line actually. The wait is abnormally long, and usually the only person working will be either under-trained, or just very inefficient. I get that it’s a starter job for a lot of people, but still. Better training are desperately needed at this location. Be prepared for a much longer than usual wait time. And as mentioned, they have been out of wheat bread 2 of my last 3 stops as well.
