  Fries were cold and limp, front of house was disgusting and mt burger was thrown and open in my bag. Staff were cussing and playing around in the back as a line formed. Extremely unprofessional.

  Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. We walked in trying to order a coffee, only to be told the espresso machine was down and they couldn’t make any coffee drinks. Fine. I ended up ordering 4 snack wraps, a fry, and a soda instead. After paying, they handed me a soda cup and then informed me that half the soda fountain was down. There were literally only three options (Sprite, punch, and Fanta) and no ice. Not exactly something you find out after you’ve already paid. Then came the food. I was handed a bag with a half-empty container of fries and the wraps. When I pointed out the fries, they told me it would be a 10-minute wait for more — while I was staring at a full bin of fries behind the counter. At that point, I just took the food to go. Once I got a chance to actually look at the order, it somehow got worse. One of the snack wraps didn’t even have a chicken tender in it (which is honestly impressive), and two of the others were missing lettuce entirely. The quality of both the food and the service was unbelievably bad. Messing up every single item in an order honestly takes a special kind of skill. I won’t be back to this location.

  Not really a positive atmosphere here, the manager on duty (might have even been the store manager) didn't greet myself or any of the other 4 people waiting at all. I watched her pull out fries from the fryer past the timer and still served them up even though they were obviously overcooked. I had added shredded lettuce to my double cheeseburger which came out with maybe 6 slivers. Overall just an unpleasant experience which is disappointing because the actual Pilot store was the complete opposite of that. I don't Ike leaving bad reviews but this one called for it.

  Têm diversas opções como qualquer MC Donalds. O nome já traz a qualidade por traz da marca. Peguei um café com leite por menos de 2 dólares. Estava bom para o custo benefício. Também fui atendido de forma de ágil. Valeu a pena.

  Avoid this location. There is always some drama, I think like one person works here at all times. There is another location less than a miles east, go there.
