After we finished eating, we ordered an Americano coffee, but they never gave it to us and kept hiding behind the counter. There was a long line of people waiting to be helped. Thirty minutes later, we complained about the coffee, and the employees laughed among themselves and still didn’t give us our order. We had to leave without the coffee, the employees were disgusting. The place and the kitchen were extremely dirty as well.

There was no one ahead to me in the dining room but they still managed to make me wait 20 minutes for my food. It appears this McDonalds was designed to eliminate as many interactions with the public, which I’m okay with if you can get my food fast and my order correct.
