  Can’t even get a order in before 11 showed up at 10:45 nobody’s on the headset. Nothing not even answering calls.

  Strong odor of sewage when you enter the McDonalds restaurant. I ordered food and after 11 minutes I left when I still had not received my order. This location is poorly managed. Orders in the dining room shouldn’t take more than a few minutes and it should not smell like sewage in the dining room. Regional manager from McDonalds should come check this place out before the Health Dept drops in.

  The service was terrible. We stood there for a long time and no one came to take our order. The tables and restrooms were incredibly dirty. The staff didn't even respond when we spoke to them. This is honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

  It took 15 min to get the food in the drive thru. 2 cheeseburgers (buns were old and stale), medium fries (cold) and 6 piece nuggets (actually hot) and no napkins. They fall short in all aspects

  Absolutely sucks at night. Been here several times during the day but night shift tonight sucked. First off, I was behind a vehicle for approximately 10-15mins. In that time the worker informed them it was cash only. Then said she'd be back to take his order when he agreed to cash payment. A few mins later another car pulls up to the other order window. Within 5mims that car is honking... like we weren't waiting well before her. The worker however decided to take her order. Rather than explaining others had been waiting before she even arrived & she would have to wait. Then the worker hears me complaining, but not the fact I have a screaming newborn in my car. Tells me to pull up & as I'm sitting there for another like 8 mins. I watch her interact with the honker, then the car who was supposed to be the first order taken (during this interaction she decides to complain about the honker & myself to this customer as I watched her pointing to both of our vehicles). Once I get to the window, she caught an attitude about me complaining as if i didn't have a right to complain about the slow service; incredible. Then wants to tell me she had to count change... not my problem, if it takes you 15ish mins to count change, well you have bigger issues then me complaining. There's ZERO excuse to have cars in line for that long. & my problem isn't the fact youre incapable of performing your job duties at a decent rate of speed; my problem is my kids who are starving & one who needs to be in bed for school. Again, I had every right to complain about the slow line & the fact that the honkers order was taken first when she was literally in line for 5mins tops. & to say you had to count change.... DUHHH cash only can cause that problem. Deligate tasks. Have someone else taking orders or even 2 people counting change if its that difficult of a task for you or maybe, have someone else entirely counting the change. My total wait time was close to 30mins. Crazy. Also, the food I ordered- I got the wrong burgers. Go figure. Anyhow, maybe its on management for having not so good staff assigned to a highly busy night due to the 2nd Street Festival occurring down the road.
