  Just got a sandwich spoiled lettuce very bad . Also looks like day old food and very very wet I have pictures unpon request, worse sandwich I ever got from a jimmy john restaurant

  While ai waiting in store for my online order to be prepared I witnessed a team member come in & start making sandwiches without washing his hands prior (he was wearing glove) but that’s beside the point. Also I watched a women who I believe was the manager accidentally knock the oven tray on the floor that’s used to toast sandwiches & placed it back on the oven to be used without washing it after it was on the floor. After that she started prepping raw dough to make the bread without washing her hands & not wearing any gloves. All the staff is very nice but clearly they are failing on food safety & need training ASAP. After witnessing these few things it’s enough for me to not order here again unfortunately.

  Great place. All personnel were friendly and my sandwiches were prepared in a timely manner. I love their subs. Good value.

  I went in today while pregnant and craving a sandwich. Since I can only have deli meat that’s cooked, I asked if I could order a regular turkey and cheese sub heated. I was told they weren’t allowed to do that, and instead, I had to choose a sandwich that was already on their “toasted” menu. When I got home, the sandwich was completely cold definitely not safe for pregnancy. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially when clear communication and a small accommodation could have made a big difference. If you have dietary restrictions or special needs, I’d recommend Go to Subway, where they can accommodate your nutritional needs.”
