  Food was good, all the tables were dirty so was hard to find one. Server didnt pay much attention at all to our table, automatic tip seems to make it not necessary for servers to pay you mind. Would take out instead.

  Our first time there with my daughter and grandkids. The server was great! The food was good (once we finally got it corrected). We all got burgers, when the adults food came out the food runner (which I assume was the bartender), started brining out the food. 2 of us got doubles and 2 got triple burgers. She was handing them out and I asked if they were the doubles or triples she said all were doubles, which wasn’t correct to begin with. She should know what she’s bringing to the table..long story short my husbands double was switched with my daughters triple. He noticed it after eating his fries and my daughter didn’t notice as she started eating. He was upset so I had to grab our server from outside as pretty much everyone was outside. Server came over I explained what happened then the girl who brought out the food came over as I’m explaining what happened again and the girl who ran the food rolled her eyes at me and walked away when I said I asked if they were the doubles and she said they are all doubles. Everything would have been fine if they just would have corrected it for us so my husband could eat and the girl who ran the food DID NOT have to have attitude and roll her eyes. I work in the food service industry and that was completely unprofessional and in called for. We got my husband’s burger remade and it was still wrong. So he asked the server to just have the cook scrap off the lettuce that he didn’t want on it as no silverware was available for him to do it hisself. When he got the burger back, it was not warm but he was so hungry and we all had finished he just ate it anyway. Not the best first experience, it was not busy at all to warrant such disrespectful , unprofessional behavior from staff. We will not be returning again. Such a disappointment because the food was very good.

  Great burgers and friendly staff! The Wagyu burger was amazing, and the truffle fries were just as good. We’ll definitely be back soon.

  We are on vacation and stopped here for dinner. Outdoor seating is wonderful. Waitstaff is wonderful, friendly and professional. Cassandra took great care and the chefs made us the most delicious burgers. Highly recommend. Go here.

  We wanted to try their famous burger . We came in and sat down like they told us and was never served. There were 2 waiter on the floor and only 4 table occupied including us. We sat for 30 mins and no one came to take our drink order. I felt like they did not want to serve us because we were the only African Americans in the on the restaurant. The cooks were drinking and talking to one waiter and the other waiter was having a full conversation with another customer. We just got up and left. We’ve came to eat there once and the server that day was amazing. That’s why we wanted to come back. My husband and I were really upset this time.
