  For the last 2 years I have gone to dunkin for my morning coffee and breakfast almost everyday. The staff was friendly, upbeat and just all around awesome. Now over the last 8 months or so the staff has been replaced and it's very blah. When the person takes your order at the drive thru, has no personality. Definitely not a happy tone. The throw the food, practically, at you. And where are the smiles and niceness. It's a shame. Now its like going to McDonald's or Popeyes, you expect that kind of depressed attitude from them, but not dunkin. I mean most people are spending between 8 and 12 dollars every time we go, at least smile at us and pretend to be in a good mood. It just goes to show the difference when there is a staff change.

  Terrible service was Terrible sadly Terrible they don't even speak to you when you saying good morning no eye contact at all.

  The little girl Jamiah is rude and nasty and should never have a service job again!
