Ordered a chicken burrito got a half scoop of chicken. Said it pay is that that’s a full scoop and she laughed at me and said yup. So do not waste your money here this chipotle is absolute trash. Go eat at Chick-fil-A across the street and you’ll have a much better experience.

I went to this location today while in the area and ordered what I have ordered for over 10 years at multiple locations and have never had a single issue. First problem was I asked for a side tortilla and the woman helping me didnt make it and asked again at the end ,she went and got it and literally slammed it down on the table annoyed and walked away. I also asked for a side of cheese 3 times while ordering down the line and never got it, finished paying and waited for it and had to ask again. The man said he didnt charge me for the cheese and its $1.65, I said thats ridiculous, I have never been charged for cheese EVER, (I always order a single taco with no meat and I dont get quacamole either), I left very annoyed and then went back begrudgingly to pay for it and someone else was there now and gave it to me. NO WHERE does it say there is a charge for a side of cheese, I checked the site, google, etc. The only time you are charged is for queso, meat, quacamole and the LARGE cup size of items. NEVER in at least 10 years have I been charged or attempted to be charged for it. He was also giving the people in front of me a hard time trying to charge for something extra too but I didnt hear what it was. I will not be back to this location again.

The food was pretty good honestly but as I watched the black girl at the front counter fix my chicken burritos the serving size seemed a little small compared to all the other Chipotle's I've gone to I politely asked her if she could please put a little more chicken on there and she immediately said in a very snappy unfriendly voice that she would charge me for a double portion which I thought was a little unfair and outrageous I have no problem paying for it she seemed a little snappy and her customer service skills were not that great not very friendly other than that the other girl that finished up making my burrito was very pleasant she even seemed to be a little surprised that the black girl said she was going to charge me for a double portion in all honestly I must say if anyone else had seen that would not have been a double portion size not a bad place I'm not from that area but if I were to go back there I will definitely would not have the black girl at the front counter who was kind of bogarding the counter as if she didn't want anybody else to make the food which I was kind of like wow

Before I leave a review, I would just like to say that Chipotle is one of our favorite places to eat at as a family because the food is simple, fresh and inexpensive and there is something for everyone.
We visit Chipotle at least twice a week and we always get the same thing so we are very familiar with their menu and the portion sizes offered
We walked into this Chipotle location in Fort Pierce when we stopped on our way to Miami from Orlando. When we approached the line, the lady that was at the Line looked at us in disgust. She was on the line by herself building bowls for three other customers that were in front of me. I also had about four people in line behind me.
When she got to us, my wife and son ordered their bowIs and my daughter got a kids meal. I asked her for a bowl with carne asada and she proceeded to build my bowl.
She put only 2/3 of a spoon of the carne asada on my bowl, so I asked her for a couple more pieces because I know what the portion size should be.
She added another 1/2 spoon of the beef with a pissed off look on her face.
While this was happening two of her colleagues who were in the back showed up on the line.
The guy that returned to the line start started moving the orders in front of mine to try and figure out which ones went together.
The lady that ordered before me politely said to him, “ these three bowls are mine”.
He got really mad and raised his palm ✋ and rudely replied to her saying “ just hold on, I am figuring this out”. Then he immediately turned to his co worker and said, “ What is wrong with these people, why are they so impatient”.
I looked at him and he immediately looked down because he realized that I heard what he said.
The person in front of me got to the cashier and she got charged for a side of chicken, even though she never ordered any since hers was a vegetarian bowl.
When she asked the cashier why, the cashier said ,” it’s the same price “, in a condescending tone ( as if to say, that she should automatically know that).
Finally it was my turn to pay and I was charged 4 double orders of carne asada for a total 🟰 $78 for 3 bowls and a kids meal which should have costed $42.
When I told her that I didn’t get any extra beef she kept insisting that my bowl was double meat because I asked for extra carne asada. I tried to calmly explain to her that i did not get extra anything and that the lady originally served me less than the regular amount. I even told her to open the bowls and check, since she wasn’t on the line and was one of the people that joins from the back after my meeting order was built. But she proceeded to argue and say that I have to pay for one double meat. I was pretty upset at this point so I told her to keep the food and I walked out with my family.
When I logged on to leave a review I saw that this location has a 2.2 star rating and I guess that explains everything.
If the upper management of Chipotle reads these reviews I hope they actually do take action against those extremely rude and unprofessional employees that absolutely don’t care about the customer or hospitality in general.
Please do not Visit this store if you don’t want to be treated disrespectfully. Paying customers are what keeps that business afloat and pays all their salaries.
Chipotle executives don’t let a handful of bad apples spoil the basket.
I would rate this place a minus five (—5) stars in all categories if I could.

My family and I were traveling and attempted to try this location TWICE, on my way through and on my way back. BOTH times this location was “out” of chicken and brown rice. This last time, we were forced to get steak and it was very burnt and dry. My family and I went back to see if there was any other options or if a refund was an option. They said they could remake it but it would be the same “dry burnt steak”. Initially, the server was very nonchalant and was forcing other available options on me and other customers and charging the upsell prices while we’re not even getting what we want and there was no compromise or option to meet us in the middle so atleast we’re satisfied with what we’re paying for. we travelled for hours and for this to be a location near the highway exit, we were disappointed and were out of our money. DO NOT STOP HERE.
