The place is modern and great location, but it’s clearly understaffed which is affecting the quality of the food. The beans did not have flavor, and the rice was undercooked. I felt bad that there was only one person cooking, and he was clearly very overwhelmed. If chipotle corporate is going to keep popping up locations please make sure you do Right by your people and have the location properly staffed So that quality doesn’t go downhill and ruin the chipotle name

I go to Chipotle 5-6 times a week. Food is good and the whole staff is great EXCEPT this one consistently over zealous, black female that works the day shift. She won't listen and refuses to fill the bowl. She acts like some bowl officer and thinks she's really doing something. All she is doing is upsetting customers. I believe her name starts with a D? I try to go to Chipotle at night now because if I see her working, I walk out! Too bad this is the only Chipotle in all of Fort Pierce. I can't wait until a new FP location opens!

SUPPORT LOCAL RESTAURANTS LIKE COSTA AZUL AND NOT CORPORATE GREED!
I’m done with Chipotle and this store. Never any staff, last night on a Friday they had the employees. Food was a mess. Store was a mess. Line was to the door. Portions were horrible. Zero utensils. Zero tea. Bathrooms were locked and not usable.

I was really disappointed with my experience today. First, the two girls at the front seemed to have an attitude toward us, which made the visit uncomfortable. When I asked for rice, I was only given about half a serving — I had to ask for more because there was barely any in the bowl.
Both employees also looked like they didn’t want to be there, and that really showed in the way they handled the food and interacted with customers. Lastly, when I was choosing my toppings (like tomatoes and cheese), the girl with red hair kept rushing me, and when I finished, she just tossed the bowl aside without any care.
Overall, the customer service and attitude of the staff really need improvement. I hope management can address this so future visits are better. The only good thing about this restaurant in the girl in the register, she’s actually nice and attentive.
