    Sadly I had to put “1” star as “0” star was not an option from google review. By far one of the worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Took a visit last night around 8pm- customer service extremely horrible. Not one person was smiling- the attitude of all the employees including the manager was as if they were forced to be there. When I say the entire shift that was working on 3/3/2026 at 8:00pm presented everyone in chipotle with poor customer service. From just throwing the food on the plate to rushing you to order all without a welcoming demeanor. If I’m in the mood for chipotle; I’ll definitely drive 30 minutes away from home to be treated with great customer and good decent food.

    This will be the worst chipotle you will go to in your lifetime. They will most likely mess up your order. You will also wait about 40 minutes with three people in line. The workers are rude.

    Very disappointing. I ordered online for pickup, but after waiting 15 minutes in line, I was told they don’t use the pickup side. Completely pointless to order ahead at that point. I paid $14 for a steak burrito that was the size of my hand. When I asked why it was so small, cashier snickered and said she didn’t know because she doesn’t make them- very unprofessional attitudes. The restaurant was also dirty — overflowing trash, messy drink area, and the front did not look cleaned or maintained. I left with a small, soggy burrito, cold high protein bowl and a drink for $35 total. Not worth it. I won’t be back.

    Worst Chipotle around. Always something that they are missing but if you wait 30 extra minutes you might get fajita veggies. Go anywhere else!

    I just maybe had the best Chipotle experience I've ever had at this location! Speedy, friendly service at 6pm on a holiday. I was WOWED!!!
