  Just SKIP THIS ONE, it’s not worth the treatment, time, horrible food or money. Coffee was cold (ordered hot) and the food was burnt. Tried this place a year ago and just figured it was an “off day,” well it’s not. The staff here need an adjustment or rotate them out. They questioned if I even paid upon showing them the receipt THREE TIMES! 😬 and the. they handed me my Luke warm coffee. Gonna call corporate to see if I can get a refund because the people there would just be combative.

  The coffee here is trash. This is my localdunkin and the coffee here varies incredibly. Completely un acceptably varies. Barely drinkable at best to dear God you remade this worst than the first one. You have been warned.

  The last two times I've been here, my coffee wasn't made the way I asked for it. The lady at the window looked mean and act like she didn't want to work. They were too lazy to put the sticker on my cup of coffee. Some people just want a paycheck but don't want to work for it

  Jamiah and Mya are the rudest employees I have ever seen. They make this Dunkin the worst I have ever been too. Just because my food was burnt does not mean it was my fault and act like I cooked it. They are so aggressively rude. I have never been treated like shit in a Dunkin. I will only go in the afternoon. It seriously unreal how freaking rude they are. The clearly hate their lives.

  For the last 2 years I have gone to dunkin for my morning coffee and breakfast almost everyday. The staff was friendly, upbeat and just all around awesome. Now over the last 8 months or so the staff has been replaced and it's very blah. When the person takes your order at the drive thru, has no personality. Definitely not a happy tone. The throw the food, practically, at you. And where are the smiles and niceness. It's a shame. Now its like going to McDonald's or Popeyes, you expect that kind of depressed attitude from them, but not dunkin. I mean most people are spending between 8 and 12 dollars every time we go, at least smile at us and pretend to be in a good mood. It just goes to show the difference when there is a staff change.
