  I had a really frustrating experience at Tropical Smoothie. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, I was being rushed to order even after I said multiple times that I needed a moment to look over the menu. I originally ordered two Bahama Mamas, but then I corrected myself and clearly said to remove one and make it a Mango Monsoon instead. When I got to the window and paid, he handed me two Mango Monsoons. I told him that wasn’t what I ordered and explained again that I wanted one Bahama Mama and one Mango Monsoon. He immediately told me that’s not what I ordered, which wasn’t true, and gave me attitude about it. He did end up fixing it, but the way he handled the situation was unprofessional. If he wasn’t rushing me at the speaker, he probably would’ve actually heard my order correctly in the first place. I didn’t get his name, but he was tall and had a bird tattoo on his neck.

  I went in to order a smoothie and the girl didn’t greet me at all until I said excuse me she then came over rolled her eyes and I said “I was just wanting to get the island green smoothie “ she rolled her eyes again typed it in and said anything else while she sighed I told her no that’s it thank you. I didn’t leave a tip because she didn’t greet me but then she didn’t make my smoothie take note that there was no line she after taking my order went to the bank to chit chat with the other girls while this guy was doing all the work… this entitled attitude she had wasn’t it and I won’t be back to this location.

  Terrible experience and miscommunication I’m always clear with my order and I asked for extra Nutella that I can and am willing to pay for it I barely got any and the person on shift wanted to have an attitude all because I wanted to have my order corrected . Never going back
