The few occasions when the line gets long, I feel like this could be resolved with a little more training. And it could quite possibly be that this was a new employee. I took a star off the food only because I feel that they can offer higher protein healthier products. In reality, for a protein smoothie these are generally pretty high in sugar and calories.
