    And employee named Cody highly recommended top golf for parties. When booking my husbands 30th birthday, Carolyn was super easy to work with over the phone/email for booking it exactly as we needed and checking in a few days before to make sure everything was smooth sailing. But the best one was chloe!! She was amazing the whole time keeping food coming at the right times and drinks flowing! Even across 3 bays she was on top of it all! Best birthday party for my husband ever!

    Well I expected a lot more for that experience.. the place seems to be run by young kids! Our bay was just cleaned they said and the cushions were filthy stained and soiled! I switched out a cushion so I could and family could sit on their furniture! The tee stand was worn out and rigid! The programs you offer for playing for kids and adults seem so outdated. Spent some money there and I really think you could use a remodeled the women’s bathroom one of their sinks were broken and couldn’t use it. I was afraid to order food not kno what your kitchen looks like clean wise? Hope you read this and do something it has to be done!

    Today was my second time going to TopGolf in Fort Myers. I am a big time golfer and love the sport. That being said my server who I believe was named rossane or Roxanne I can’t remember was superb. She checked in on me at the right times and gave me space to enjoy my time. Erica the golf pro took time out her morning to tweak my swing. In the 10 minutes she spent with me, she changed my game forever. I played college baseball so mechanics are easy for me to implement if you coach me. She gave me 3 things to work on and boy oh boy I am so excited. I will most likely schedule a private lesson with her once I’ve got some more $ in the bank. She added Atleast 40-50 yards to my distance and made my swing feel so much more natural.     Nope. Never again. Second time here and it will be the last. Listen, a whole group of my friends came out to celebrate a friend's recently announced pregnancy. We came on a Wednesday at 6:30PM. There wasn't too many cars in the lot, whereas last time I was there on a Friday you had to fight for your life to secure a spot. So seemingly, not nearly as busy. We walk in, and get told it's a 2.5 hr wait. Fine, we all went over to the bar area and ordered drinks and a platter of food. 15 minutes later, we get a text saying our bay is ready. We play for an hour. The timer runs out, the waitress comes and we tell her we want to extend. She says okay, but first she needs to close out our bill. We close out our bill. She goes over to the computer screen in the bay and taps whatever and walks away. We're assuming we're good to play. She comes back and says they're closing (it's 7:45PM) and we can't play. I look up the hours and say, but it says you don't close until 1AM, what do you mean you're closing? We've all only had one drink, we'd like to play if able and order at least a second drink. She says, the thing is we're really busy and you need to make a reservation, and you'll have to wait an hour and a half if you want to play again. Never again. The whole model doesn't make sense to someone who doesn't frequent these types of establishments, but it seems like a really silly setup because we all went and had drinks elsewhere.

    We normally have a great time at Topgolf and it’s something my son and I genuinely look forward to doing together. Unfortunately, tonight’s visit was disappointing due to circumstances outside of our control and what appears to have been some miscommunication during check-in. I booked a bay the day before for 90 minutes starting at 6:00pm and we arrived early at 5:40pm. We always try to arrive early so we can start on time and even finish a little early out of courtesy for the next reservation. I checked in right away and was told we would receive a text in about 5 minutes with our bay assignment. By 5:58pm I still had not received anything, so I checked back with the front desk. I was told our server had just arrived, our bay would be ready shortly, and that we would still receive our full time since the delay wasn’t our fault. We didn’t receive the “bay ready” text until 6:07pm and didn’t actually begin playing until about 6:10pm. Once we got started, the service was good and we still made the best of it. However, when it came time to close out, I mentioned the delayed start and what we had been told. After checking with a manager, we were told the information we received was incorrect and our time could not be extended due to another reservation. As a courtesy, $15 was taken off our bill, which I do appreciate. That said, this really wasn’t about the money. I specifically booked 90 minutes to spend quality time with my son, and due to the late start we didn’t receive the full experience we reserved. If we had arrived late, I would completely understand losing that time. But since we arrived early and the delay was on the operational side, I do feel the situation could have been handled differently — either by honoring the full reservation time or offering that as an option. What concerned me most was being told by the team lead that we were not the only party this happened to that evening, which makes me think this may be a training or process opportunity. I’m sharing this because we do enjoy Topgolf and have had many good experiences here. I hope this feedback can help improve communication around reservations so other families don’t run into the same situation. I’m disappointed with how this particular visit ended, but I’m hopeful this isn’t the standard experience and that future visits will reflect the level of service we’re used to here. Based on this visit alone I would rate tonight 2 stars, but I do hope to be able to update that after a better experience next time.
