  The decline in customer service is truly shocking; simply because we sat down for a few minutes to decide what to eat, they practically kicked us out of the place. As if that weren't enough, their insistence—asking us over and over again—was unacceptable. But what was particularly curious is that we—Hispanic working-class people—seemed to be the only ones who made them uncomfortable. I hope they get shut down, especially since the franchise owner actually condoned the behavior of the staff members who publicly treated us with such hostility.

  Check your orders each every individual one because I told them I couldn’t have milk or cheese so I didn’t want sour cream and cheese. They said fine. I didn’t check my order so it’s my fault. They screwed up my order and my wife’s order when we got home. Terrible.
