  I used the online app. It is the worst human factors designing I have ever experienced for online ordering. When I went to check out, there were several items as double orders. After corrections bill went from $34 to $21. Set a time for more than an hour for pick up, 15 minutes later I get a message that the order was ready and I was more then 30 minutes away. Try to call multiple times and there was no one that picked up. Irratated because I was not ready to jump in the vehicle and drive to the TB, but I had exhausted all options. I will never use the online ordering app again.

  Ordered online pick up at the drive-thru. They were out of the food I ordered. I asked for a refund they refused saying I have to get the refund from the mobile app. They had no problem taking my money but returning it is a big issue. The mobile app has no section for refunds. The company never got back to me about this. Furthermore this store in particular 9/10 times will be out of at least 1 or 2 items you try to order. Employees were useless an wouldn't help me get my money back.

  Taco Bell is disgusting to me, I've eaten it after a night out and definitely enjoyed it. Otherwise I wouldn't go here to feed your family. I have my reasons the meat here is gross you would never it separately. I gave this place five stars because I believe they are running a business that's difficult to run.

  Rude the employees always every fast food are so ignorant! Stare at me like I'm wrong. If you don't like your job don't take out on us. Give customer service always
