A great disappointment. Friends told us about this place. Tapas menu was similar to any other Spanish restaurant. Except everything we ate did not have any taste. Looks like they forgot the seasoning. White anchovies were not white but just the regular anchovies you find on pizza. Croquetas were mushy. The potatoes in the tortillas had some better days. The créma catalana was actually a crème brûlée. Although the place is nicely setup and service was good, the food was really disappointing and bland. Will probably not come back.

Food and service was excellent! My wife and I go to Spain every year and it’s nice to have a piece of Spain back home. Staff (Leo & Mandy) our servers were amazing and friendly! Leo made great recommendations with the food and dessert! We will be visiting again, we are told there is live music Fridays and Saturdays! Also, make sure to take pictures before I eat the food 😅

I enjoyed visiting Taberna Ole with my Spanish nieces—who have missed Spanish food. Everything was very authentic. We let my nieces order all of their favorites from home and everything was amazing. This was my first time to try arroz negro with squid ink and it was delicious! I loved trying new things and the staff made sure my girls felt like home. What a treat! (Also, definitely get the red sangria!)

As someone with extensive experience in fine dining and a deep appreciation for the integrity of culinary traditions, I approached this establishment with genuine anticipation. Unfortunately, the experience fell profoundly short on nearly every level. The concept presents itself as a Spanish tapas restaurant; however, the execution suggests a fundamental disconnect from both Spanish cuisine and its underlying philosophy. Tapas, at their core, are meant to celebrate freshness, balance, and vibrant flavor. Here, the dishes felt uniformly lifeless, lacking seasoning, depth, and any discernible by sense of care. The absence of salt alone was notable, but more concerning was the complete lack of soul in the cooking. Equally disappointing was the apparent reliance on pre-prepared or frozen ingredients. Texture, temperature, and flavor profiles strongly indicated that little to no attention was given to freshness, a cornerstone of any respectable kitchen. This not only diminishes the quality of the food but undermines the very spirit of tapas dining, which should feel dynamic and expressive. No one from Spain here. Cubans trying to imitate in a horrific way the Spanish culinary culture. Perhaps most egregious, however, is the pricing. The menu commands rates that would be justifiable only in the context of exceptional quality and execution. Here, the cost feels entirely disconnected from the experience, excessive to the point of being unreasonable given the lack of freshness, technique, and flavor. One leaves not only disappointed, but questioning the value proposition altogether. In summary, this was a deeply disappointing experience. A restaurant, regardless of concept, should strive for sincerity, quality ingredients, and respect for the cuisines it represents. Regrettably, this establishment delivered none of these essentials.
