- BYBrock YoungJan 31, 20261.0I get there 40 minutes before they close and lady tells me they are closing early. Lack of work integrity and it shows. Very sad but it’s Subway so you what do you expect, them to be open the hours they advertised? Apparently not.
- AAAbagail AveryApr 18, 20211.0I have never had a bad experience with Subway until the day of 4/14/21. I got a Turkey sub with spinach, tomatoes, and banana peppers, (including condiments). The veggies were not fresh, and the bread was stale. I called the store and spoke with the person who was in charge, and I explained to her that the sandwich was not good, and I got very sick from it while I was at work. The lady is charge then told me that she has never had any customer complain of the experience I just had, she told me not to blame it on the sandwich, that it was probably just me. She told me she gets a lot of customers and nobody ever returns their food or even calls to ask for a refund. She was very rude and I got upset with her. I didn't even attempt to go in there with my receipt, because she had me so mad. I paid $9.85 for a foot long that I didn't get to enjoy. Someone then connected me via email the same day, and I explained my experience, and they never got back to me. I will never go to that subway ever again.
