We had an immaculate experience at this seal Ramen Café. They made like awesome food for us, bro like it was actually spectacular. It was super fragile Callao Xalos don’t you see so that’s how we need to make sure we represent our Ramen people.
Soooo this was my first time coming in. I’ll be totally honest I haven’t had much ramen maybe like a handful amount of Ramen in my life. However this place was a VIBE. The minute I walked in I just felt all the positive vibes. It was 20 min before closing time and they still fed me and sat me down like family member with out making me feel rushed. I have to say one of the best customer service experiences I have had in awhile. Owners were so personable, nice, even though they had been open all day and I was one of the last few people in there. They gave me all the hot items to get to help me choose. I was so Happy with my choice. I was hungry so I scarfed my plate down haha. I even bought some goodies before leaving because I love supporting small family owned business. The concept is fantastic! 10 out of 10 recommend. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their street food options. It’s a mix of Ramen, snacks, street food and sweets. You get it all in one spot.

A Fun place for afternoon bite. My 10yr loved it and says "10 out of 10"
Friendly and helpful staff. Add to the "vibe".
Great selection of Ramen, including the Volcano chicken ramen from TikTok.
(Warning: louder pop music than most places. If thats not your thing.)
I'm on a bit of a ramen kick lately, and was running into an issue where there wasn't really a great spot in town (Token Ramen is decent.) This lead me to making my own ramen. As much as I love cooking and the process, it is time consuming to get it right. Then I heard about Seoul Vibez. A place where you pick a pack of instant ramen, your toppings and then eat it there. I was intrigued. Can't lie. I thought, " How good can it actually be?" More on that later. First off, they have a pretty good selection of instant ramen. And not the top ramen you're used to. I picked a pork broth instant ramen and moved to my drink selection. They have a good assortment of Asian sodas but to my surprise, a selection of Asian beer. Some I never heard of. I picked one and brought both to the counter. Every pack of ramen comes with 3 basic toppings, of which I selected jalapenos, mushrooms and green onions. Then you can pick from a list of proteins. I selected a marinated egg (masago egg) and tonkotsu pork. To my surprise, they assemble everything for you while you wait at a table. They have anime playing while you wait was a nice addition to the vibe. They also have asian snacks and a dessert freezer among other items to browse. When I got my ramen, the presentation was nice and I dug right in. What can I say, it was absolutely delicious. The egg was flavorful. But the real highlight was the pork. It was probably the best tonkotsu pork I have ever had. And plenty of it! The noodles were tender but not mushy and the broth was exceptional for a what I assume was a flavor packet. The pork and egg was so good that I saved 1 piece of each to eat last. I was so surprised I told the manager how good it really was. While I was eating they also had a tv showing all the other proteins you can get (pretty sure I saw a rib with plenty of meat on it) and I am excited to go back and try something else. There are plenty of combinations to choose from. Only thing that threw the vibe off was they had Spanish music playing. I love Spanish music but just didn't match with the theme of the spot. Will definitely return and am excited to do so!
If you are looking for an authentic and fun DIY ramen experience in Fort Myers, you have to check out Seoul Vibez. We traveled all the way from Northwest Cape Coral to try it for my daughter’s birthday, and it was worth every mile!
The Vibe & Atmosphere
From the moment you walk into this spot in the Southeast Plaza (Publix shopping center), it feels like you’ve been transported to Seoul. The restaurant is incredibly clean and modern. As a huge fan of Korean culture, my daughter was in heaven—the K-pop music was the perfect volume, and she loved recognizing her favorite artists while we ate.
The Food: Custom & Delicious
The "Wall of Ramen" is just as impressive as it looks on social media!
For the Kids: They went for the classic chicken-flavored ramen customized with cheese, chicken dumplings, soft-boiled eggs, and corn.
For the Spice Lovers: I highly recommend the Spicy Kimchi Ramen. I added mushrooms and soft-boiled eggs, and the flavor was spot on.
Must-Try Side: The chicken dumplings are absolutely to die for!
The Experience
What really made the visit special was the staff. Since it was our first time, they were super helpful in navigating the DIY machines and explaining how to customize our bowls with "boost" and "level-up" toppings.
It’s rare to find a spot in Southwest Florida that feels this unique and intentional. We didn’t get to try the Korean street food (like the corndogs) this time, but we are already planning our next trip back to try the short rib.
Whether you’re a local or visiting Lee County, put Seoul Vibez on your list. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a full experience!
