  Margaret helped me with an order for delivery, all the way from AZ to Iona! She was friendly and helped me surprise my daughter and her friends at work for her birthday with pizza and dessert! Thank you!

  We ordered 2 thin crust pizza couple nights ago for delivery. It was yhe worst pizza I ever had. And it came cold. Looked liked they just threw a few toppings i ordered on top. Do not order from this business. Cardboard box probably would of tasted better. Not kidding. Are you going to refund me my $56 back? It's ok to say sorry but I'm out $56 and had to throw away the pizzas!! It wasn't even edible. I'm not trying to b rude but it was the worst pizza hut pizza I ever had.

  had one of the most unprofessional and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant at this Pizza Hut on Gladiolus Dr. My husband (67 years old, retired engineer) went in to pick up our prepaid online order. The employee at the counter, who identified herself as Kate, repeatedly told him she “had no order” for him and claimed she “couldn’t understand him,” even though he speaks clearly. She asked for his phone number twice and still insisted she didn’t understand him. When I went inside to help, she immediately accused me of being rude and said she was “calling the police on me” for absolutely no reason. We are professional people, and nothing about our behavior justified that kind of threat. It was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprovoked. After delaying us more than 10 minutes past our pickup time, she finally handed over the pizza. When we got home, the pizza was undercooked and not edible. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I have already filed a formal complaint with Pizza Hut corporate and requested that the franchise owner (Flynn Restaurant Group) review the store’s video footage. No customer should ever be treated this way.
