  First off I want the manager of this location too tell all the crew working there amazing job on the sweet tea. I stop here often just to order 2 sweet tea before heading to work or going or coming back from fishing and they follow what they're told to do when it comes to how the tea needs to be made. Doesn't take rocket science to make it but you'd be surprised how many locations I've been to that countless times I've ended up with unsweetened tea and that was really annoying. So hopefully the employees who work at this location know you are awesome and hopefully your manager reminds of that simple thing's in life is what matters is what can make an impact on someone's life. Also save time and use the Mobile app for mcdonald's everyone has a phone nowadays your wait could speed things up by using the app because a lot of you don't know what you want and are too picky and use the app so the rest of us don't have to wait in line while you figure out what you and your kid's want.

  Literally the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. They made me wait an HOUR for my food after telling me that they “didn’t see my order” under the purchases, although my transaction went through and the purchase was stated on my bank account. They kept me waiting at the counter, not putting AN OUNCE of effort into assisting me and in finding a solution. All this while sending out multiple orders to people in the drive through. I have never written a review for any restaurant, but this location has literally given me no other option. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting how they treat costumers. P.S I was not the only one waiting. There were several other costumers waiting restlessly for their food (30+ minute waits).

  I’m only giving three stars because David! He goes out of his way to make sure the food is good and everything is correct and he is very kind and super professional with a smile every time! The other managers, Danya,Cynthia and Natasha are super rude and unprofessional! It’s not really clean at this location either unless David is manager on shift.

  Last night (3/16/26) around 10 o’clock I made an online order. I got to the restaurant and I waited for 45 minutes. The people working were extremely rude and the lady working seemed to be under the influence. She could barely speak and when she closed the window seemed to have had a hard time with that as her hands kept missing the window to close it. I asked for a refund as I waited for 45 minutes for FAST FOOD and she had the audacity to ask for the food back. I told her no I already paid for it and left. Really disappointed with this location as I have had good interactions here before. I have already had filled out a survey so I would like something to be done please. Thank you

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food had visual appeal and tasted wonderful. Everything was quick and easy. The staff was polite and friendly. No complaints at all!!
