  The fries are significantly undercooked at this location. Translucent. My burger was good, nuggets could be a bit crispier. Js. Keep the fried stuff in a little longer.

  If I can give zero stars I will. The staff are rude and very disrespectful. The managers think they can talk to people how they please. A little kindness goes a long way.

  They have a 1.7 rating on yelp and that was generous. We waited inline for about 15 minutes and were 5 cars deep. We waited by my intercom and since no one came, we placed the order online. No one still did not come to the intercom yet we moved when the line moved. We finally got to the window and they said since we never gave them our order number, they didn’t process the order. The manager then came to the window and explained that the employee was working four stations and she closed the lace we were in. We said there wasn’t a sign, she said she put the cone out there herself . We shared that there wasn’t a cone anywhere to be seen. She shared if we wanted our order, we would need to get back into the drive through lane. If you wonder why we didn’t get in line - we checked and couldn’t cancel the order and since we already paid for was to go to the window. And we were stuck in the line anyway. Bottom line - if there operations are so messed up, we wonder how they are managing the food process. We are better off for not getting that food there after all. I respect working fast food can be tough yet this McDonajds doesn’t appear to be managed well at all.
