For some reason, I don’t know why but I order small Coke hot spicy McChicken sandwich, a cookie and a fry. I’m a Uber driver. I get to my location and they tell me there’s no fries and they even showed me. This is the THIRD! time that they screwed up at the same McDonald’s this week. I don’t know why it’s so hard to do.
I do recommend do not leave that drive-through until your food is there and that’s something I need to work on as it is my fault for not checking the bag. I should’ve never left the drive-through.
Didn’t look because I want to stick my hand in someone’s bag that I’m working for. I expect them to at least get it right.
Service
Another thing when I’m at the drive-through paying and you tell me there’s no receipt. By law, you need to give me one. Anyway, when she says she doesn’t have a receipt, I went to the next window and asked them and they gave me one. I don’t know why that’s so difficult to do. I need receipts to keep track of everything tax purposes whatever.
Here’s another one, talking on the phone that needs to come to an end you’re dealing with money in credit card and debit card. You could be doing something wrong because you’re talking on the phone. That’s something they need to enforce.
McDonald’s definitely need to listen carefully look at the order number carefully.
Get a supervisor that knows how to run the kitchen
I understand McDonald’s why they make mistakes But hope they can improve. I don’t ever see Chick-fil-A, Wendy’s , Pollo tropical making any mistakes, When ever I go.
So far.
The point I’m making is before you leave check your bag.
If you don’t want mistakes, then go to the one by Walmart and colonial in 6 mile.
The employees I do think they need to take the time look over everything if you have to double check and then give them The food.
And maybe respond back when someone says thank you or have a good day. I mean, they don’t have to, but it’s courtesy thing.
Other than that two star rating, maybe I will give it five star eventually in the future with updates.

You truly have to do something AT NIGHT FOR UBER AND DOORDASH!!! WAITING IN LINE 30 MINS FOR AN ORDER THATS ALREADY DONE IS STUPID!! Why not just don't take orders inside but let drivers pick up inside... ITS A WASTE OF GAS AND TIME SITTING WAITING FOR AN ORDER THAT HAS BEEN DONE. It just sitting and getting cold... Your food is not that good warm. It's trash cold!

Employees sleeping on the job didn’t get our food for 45 minutes and they messed up the order overall not a good place to go. Do not come here.
