  It took so long to get my food, I wasn't even hungry anymore!! My double fish came with one fish , and both sandwich and fries were cold and old !! I for sure won't be back to this place !!

  I got a double fish sandwich when I opened the bot the fish was not on the bun and the cheese was all over the box. They replaced it. The replacement was old they put the hole sandwich in the microwave to heat up the fish. The bun was chewy and hard. The worst food I ever had from a McDonald's. I will never go back there again.

  Same everywhere. Complicated to order on the kiosks. Too many questions and upsells. Has to be an easier way with all the data and process improvement you are known for.

  Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. Ordered ahead through the app and still sat in the line for 45 minutes. When I finally got to the window not a single person said a word to me and all I could hear were the workers trying to figure out what the people behind me were trying to order. Finally got my food and of course it was freezing cold. Had to wait a further 5 minutes for my drinks. Again not one word was said to me. Not even a goodbye when I was handed my slop. Stopped at the garbage can and threw the icy cold food out. Never ever again will I go to this store. If I could give zero stars that would still be too much.
