Most concerning is the repeated false representation of operating hours. The location advertises itself as open 24/7, yet it routinely closes without notice and at its own discretion. This is misleading to customers and reflects a serious failure in management oversight and accountability. The ongoing lack of professionalism, combined with unreliable hours and poor service, raises significant concerns about how this establishment is being operated. It is unacceptable for customers to waste time and resources based on inaccurate public information. This matter will be escalated to corporate for formal review. Immediate corrective action is warranted to address these recurring issues and restore basic operational standards. (This is not the first time, this the fourth time)
