  This staff just doesn’t want to work. If you go past midnight some of them will just refuse to make you anything but nuggets and regular cheeseburgers, unless you order through the app since it forces the order through. One time they told me they stopped serving dinner and swapped to breakfast 3 hours early because they “pressure washed earlier that day.” Genuinely some lazy workers, besides a couple chill dudes. Shoutout them fr.

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My burger came out completely wrong, and when I politely brought it up, the employee gave me attitude like it was my fault. They “replaced” it, but didn’t even bother to remake it properly—it was still missing ingredients it was supposed to come with. Terrible customer service and zero attention to detail. If you’re going to mess up an order, at least fix it the right way and treat customers with respect.

  Victoria and Joseph worked tonight (3/23/26) at 10pm at the drive thru and were very nice and had great attitudes. Perfect Customer Service skills. Something you don't see too much of these days. If they aren't already they should be in Management. I gave them both $50. cash for their great work. I hope Mc Donalds does something nice for them. See you both again I'm sure.

  It was around 3pm on a Thursday and both drive thru and inside were very busy. This crew had my order for two people ready within 5 minutes. There must have been at least 5 groups ahead of me that ordered and I believe only one larger group was still waiting. Very pleased with this McDonald's. Thank you!
