  Literally all I ever want is a damn cheeseburger with ketchup only and I’m really not sure why they can’t seem to manage that. What really set me off is that they really thought I wouldn’t notice they just took the onions off my burger and gave it back, very disrespectful. You can’t scrape onions off, that taste stays on the bread and burger. To top it off, halfway home when my son finished his food and asked for his happy meal toy, no toy. So I had no food and he had NO TOY IN HIS HAPPY MEAL!!! I’m like beyond furious about this, I shouldn’t be this mad over McDonald’s, but when you get off of working all day and get your kid from daycare to grab a quick dinner, only to end up having no dinner and my kid sad and crying because he did not get his toy with his HAPPY MEAL, it’s pretty upsetting. PSA if they put something on your burger that you don’t want, DO NOT HAND THEM THE BURGER BACK until they give you your new one first!!!!!!!

  I recently visited and how friendly the staff especially the one who is in the lobby and how immaculate clean it is.
