  Extremely rude staff Drive thru people pretended to not hear after we yelled so we left to go inside (that shouldve been a sign to just leave) And guess what, nobody at the counter like usual Then when inside some guy asked for help at the counter and the staff told him “No, cant you see we’re in a rush” and made him order at a kiosk It wasnt even peak hours and the drive thru had at most 3 cars in it, parking lot was almost empty too

  My fries were not cooked all the way. I got a mcchicken and it was still cold in the middle. The sweet tea was nasty and very watered down

  Good overall experience. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and organized. I tried the crispy chicken English muffin, which was good, and the caramel frappe with extra caramel was really tasty. Everything came fresh and well prepared. Great spot for a quick and simple meal.

  Ordered a BE&C Biscuit. They gave me a McGriddle Honestly no big deal, I'll eat it. Take big bite – the egg is cold feels like it's frozen. I feel hungry and upset with this. Trying to call, and hopefully work it out, but the phone either disconnects or, it comes up as unable to connect. Which only makes me for frustrated. Check your food in the bag here, or you may end up upset.

  so i’ve come here for a long time but honestly ill just drive to the other one. ever time i come here they wanna park you at the third window which would be fine except that they don’t bring out your food. They say 3 minutes and its happened so many times like today i sat for 15 while 7 other cars drove off. They never brought out the food so again i had to go back to the second window and she proceeds to say “oh i dont know what they doing but here’s your food” im over it. Id rather just drive to the other one. I used to love coming here but doesnt seem like they have any management or someone watching.
