DO NOT order from this place. This is the second time we’ve ordered and they sent out boneless wings when asked for all legs. Can’t call because the number to the store doesn’t work. Really was excited about moving next to restaurant but this is getting ridiculous now. After
Not being able to get ahold of anyone
I drive to the store where the inform me they can’t do anything because it was through door dash. Well guess what door dash delivered the food. You guys wing stop made the wrong thing. And instead of making it right like most restaurants do they just continue to say there’s nothing they can do? How about make the order right and fix it bad enough I drove all the way up there to get the run around. How about finding people that care about their jobs and owners that step up when stuff’s wrong. Hopefully owner sees this and makes it right bc the people
Worming in the store are a joke,
Rude, have attitude and don’t even try working with you. A buisness is only as good as its employees.

Asked for all flats and got 80% drums. And to no one’s surprise can’t contact anyone to fix as the number listed is inactive. Seems this place needs legal action to get their act straight and we have had multiple problems here. Final chance for them and we are done. Additionally went to the location to show them and the response I got was there is a wing shortage. Also they weren’t able to refund my money while the manage hid in the back making the associate deal with the issue for no resolution. Currently waiting for a call and some kind of refund, but currently out 25 dollars with no resolution is sight.
Responding to wing stop comment. I already did this and still have yet to hear from anyone as well as the store telling me someone would call today to refund me. This process is holistically flawed and at the expense of the customer to be persistent to get what is owed to them. Typical corporate greed on display here.

So I was excited when I saw that there was a new Wingstop open by my work. I ordered a couple of times from them and it went off great. Until today. Input an order in on the app. 20 boneless wings, buffalo fries, 2 dips. I arrive at the store and I don’t see my name on the order board. Weird since it usually shows names and progress of the order. So I told the person behind the counter, they looked at my order on my phone and said ok. Then they went in the back, to make my order I assume. Well several minutes go by, nothing. Guy walks in and asks if he can get any other sides besides fries. Cashier then rings up an order of fries. He didn’t want fries(this solidifies my soon to be made point). Finally the cashier walks up to the counter and tells me my order is ready. I look at the name on the bag, not my name. Look at the items listed, not my stuff. I tell her it’s not the right one so then she calls her boss. She FaceTimes my order displayed on my phone to her boss. Her boss says, oh you’re just missing some wings. So I open the bag that supposedly has half my order. Guess what. Plain fries, 10 bone in wings, 1 dip. I point out that that is nothing near my order. Then the cashier looks on the shelf and then says, is this yours? Yes, yes it is. It’s been sitting there. This is after I showed my order, my name, what I purchased. Yet they can’t figure out how to go to a shelf and find the correct order. The kicker is, no sorry, no let us make you a new order, nothing. My fries were soggy and cold, my chicken was cold and I had about 5 minutes to eat since I was on lunch and had to clock back in. There was a huge communication issue, language barrier. Seems like the cashier barely understood English. I get it, people have to work and I’m all about multiculturalism, but when it effects business and customer experience it needs to be addressed. Google Translate would be a great addition so the bridge can be gapped. Maybe having someone on each shift that understands and speaks the native tongue so if something like this arises it can be handled properly. Anyways, they lost my business as a go to lunch spot because I have limited time and have no desire to shovel cold food down my throat in a short span of time. There are plenty of other spots to eat that have reliable service. Judging by the other reviews on here, seems like there are plenty of kinks to work out. Maybe I’ll give a second chance but it won’t be for a long time.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
