- FFFarm FamNov 23, 20251.0Went to this Wendy's at 8pm on Nov 23 and stood at the counter looking at the menu for 5min before the guy at the front said that I needed to use the kiosk to order. I asked him where that was and he pointed at it. So I went to the kiosk and attempted to scroll through to find the new bacon cheddar burger that was advertised at the counter and wasnt able to find it on the kiosk. So I asked the same guy how to find the bacon cheddar burger on the kiosk and he just said "we don't have it". I asked him to order at the counter and he said "no, you have to order at the kiosk" I told him that I wasn't sure how to use it and he just said "well to be honest, I don't really care". Long story short this was the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. We were just asking for some simple assistance. I've never ordered from a kiosk before in my life and my mom is 70 and nearly blind. This guy was very rude and refused to help, had a smart ass attitude and really needs some assistance himself on how to speak to people. As we left and another couple was crossing the parking lot heading in, I told them not to bother. And we went to Denny's next door, which is what I would recommend to anyone considering stopping at this Wendy's location. Or just go anywhere else for that matter, but skip this place. Not worth it.
- LOLV OBOct 25, 20255.0I typically get a double or triple and Frosty...no combo because their fries are usually awful. Tonight I got a bacon double biggie bag. Everything was SO good...even the fries. On occasions that I do get fries, I ask for ketchup to mask the taste. I did not need the ketchup tonight. I need to pay attention to when these young men are working(today it was about 9pm Saturday). I think I've gotten really good triples from them too. Cooked well and not thrown together all sloppy. The owners of this location on Daniels need to have these team members train the rest of the staff. GREAT JOB!!
