  Im giving 5 stars for MS. Virginia, I did my 34 hour reset here and you can tell the difference in the shifts from when's shes there and when shes not. She was working multiple positions and communicating to customers and the employees. I just want to take the time to let the company know that MS. Virginia is a great manager and made my visit more pleasant simply by having great customer service skills

  At this restaurant, there's a blond guy with glasses who has absolutely no manners. According to the official Wendy's website, the restaurant is supposed to be open for dine-in service until 1:00 AM, but today I arrived at 12:23 AM to pick up an Uber order, and the front door was open, which makes sense since they're supposed to be open until 1:00 AM. However, he refused to serve me inside because, according to him, they were already closed. It took me 15 minutes to get to the restaurant from where I was to pick up the order, and when I arrived, they didn't even have it ready.

  Ordered what I've been ordering weekly since October... a diet coke float with a vanilla frosty mixed in. The first time I ordered it the girl said, it's not on the menu but I could get it anytime. And I've been. I pulled up to the window. No float, said he couldn't do it, not on menu. So I took the drink. It wasn't a diet coke, it was a Dr Pepper. Couldn't even get a drink right.

  Food was horrible bread was stale nuggets had been sitting also Out of the tenders and sweet and sour sauce . Drink machine was putting out trash drinks .store was dirty . Long wait to place order. = This manager sucks . Update now my stomach is hurting. Bad food I will never return I'm calling the health department tomorrow to stop by there

  The last few times I've been to Wendy's the food quality has gone down substantially. The service is terrible as well. They can't seem to get your order right, ever. The only thing that's still great is the Frosty's. Won't be going there anymore for the food.
