  I went in to order a smoothie and the girl didn’t greet me at all until I said excuse me she then came over rolled her eyes and I said “I was just wanting to get the island green smoothie “ she rolled her eyes again typed it in and said anything else while she sighed I told her no that’s it thank you. I didn’t leave a tip because she didn’t greet me but then she didn’t make my smoothie take note that there was no line she after taking my order went to the bank to chit chat with the other girls while this guy was doing all the work… this entitled attitude she had wasn’t it and I won’t be back to this location.

  Terrible experience and miscommunication I’m always clear with my order and I asked for extra Nutella that I can and am willing to pay for it I barely got any and the person on shift wanted to have an attitude all because I wanted to have my order corrected . Never going back

  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! I placed my office order on line and received not 1 BUT 2 confirmations and money was taken out of my account I called to make sure they received the number on my order to confirm it was sent to the correct location and it was and they did not want to honor my confirmation for my order
