Get to the counter and employee stated it cannot be split in half but can be split by item where I replied that is fine. She continued and when I got the cards back and receipt - it was only charged to one card with two receipts! She could not help and did not understand what splitting means, had to deal with management in order to get a refund and she correctly split it without an issue. Why not just ask management in the first place?
