I couldn't find what I wanted and took me over 10 minutes just to order 2 items. A worker walked by and I asked for help and he literally turned around and walked away. It looks dingy and old. They had a full staff and no customers but took another 20 minutes to give me my food.

I didn't mind paying for a side of the cheese sauce. She was just being really rude and making faces. The nacho fries were also barely even seasoned, most of them looking like regular fries. My potato taco was also extremely hard. The potatoes were so hard and none were soft and I couldn't even eat it. They are also not even taking the orders. You have to order at a kiosk. There were only 3-4 people working so I guess i understand them not wanting to take orders.
